Cold and wet outside, what comfort food are you preparing today? We are putting together some red beans & rice with chunks of andouille sausage. Simmering away with about 2 hours to go. Will serve with French bread and cold mugs of St. Arnold's Spring Bock. Sorry no pics, I actually do not know how to put those up.
Paul Prudhomme's BBQ shrimp; i.e., shrimp sauteed in a lot of butter and about a half cup of spices, garlic, L&P, and 1/4 cup of beer. Great stuff, but not BBQ.
