LUCOMS~1.exe using 99% of my CPU

I have no idea what this thing is, I believe it is a live update norton utility, but the last two days, my computer will start running slow as hell and I look at my task manager and somehow this program is running, using 99% of my CPU. It tells me access denied when I try to terminate it too. Anyone have any ideas on this?

It lets me terminate it on my computer...that's odd. But it does slow down my computer big time sometimes.

 

uninstall Norton and install AVG antivirus to replace it. It's free atThe Link and it's not a hog

 

I agree with Hollis...

Norton is a total ******* system hog. Uninstall that ****** and get AVG. I like it alot.
