I'm all for a mudholing of Colorado, but that was a bad call. Colt looked well past the line when he let that ball go.

Agree, we caught a break there. I still think we are gonna dismantle them though.

The runners body must be completely across the line of scrimmage for it to be a penalty - the refs made the right call. We had the exact same thing happen last year once or twice.

I'm not sure of the rule, but if the rule is where his feet are on the ground then good call, otherwise I'll take it anyways

It was closer than I originally thought, but he was about half a yard over the line.

Edit: Nevermind, good call on the explenation.

To me, it looked like his feet were right at the line of scrimmage when he released the ball.

He probably was, but the replay was at such an angle that it probably wasn't "indisputable video evidence."

His feet were still behind the line when he threw the ball -- I'm assuming that is what they went by. Anyone know what the rule says?

Well, they reviewed it and it stood. What am I missing here?

Feet need to be behind the line of scrimmage. No "breaks" just rules.

The feet were behind the LOS. TD.

As if on cue ... more strangeness. What was that Buff thinking?

Also: Aaron Williams! Damn, that kid is gonna be a player!

Thats ok the refs gave Co a makeup call when the Co player stepped out of the endzone for what should have been a saftey.

It happened in a game the other night. Very similar, same call.

    They said...
"All of body must be beyond line of scrimmage to be considered being past the line of scrimmage."

If even part of one foot was lagging, the QB is OK.

Bleh. I guess if you spend five minutes talking the quarterback up as the announcers just did, he's going to come out and toss a pick.

Ugh. What Colorado can't stop, Greg Davis can--CU ball again after a three-and-out from the Texas offense and three straight finesse runs from a power back.

Colorado is stopping the run pretty good. Brute strength on third and short isn't going to work very often against their very good DT's - especially when they're stacking the line.

That is just cruel and unusual punishment, making that cu kicker try field goals

Wish that had been Chris O on that wheel route out of the backfield instead of Vondrell. McGee's the better runner, but Ogbonnaya would've made that play.

Incidentally, is this the best the linebackers have played in the Mack Brown era?
