I personally get a kick out of the "Sham WOW!" commercial every time. That has got to be one of the creepiest looking guys I've ever seen in my entire life. Also, the "Cash For Gold" one where the lady says, "I sent in my wedding ring from my first marriage, and got money back the VERY NEXT DAY!" is awesome.

The C&D Scrap Metal commericals here in Houston rock. They are fun and innocent on the surface, but the subtext is "Hey, the economy's really bad so go steal some stuff and sell it to us!"

Don't know if they are crappy or just hokey, but I watch all those Ronco kitchen doo-dads commercials. They're kinda fun. That's what I get for staying up all night. The only commercials I hate right now are those Progressive Insurance ones with the weird lady clerk.
I'm not sure if this counts, but I really like the wad of cash with two plastic eyes coming up on the window washing apparatus during the board meeting commercial for Geico.
Have any of y'all seen the one with the fake Amish dude's in the factory making the cheesy fake plastic fireplace/heater things? Gold I tell ya! I think they are called "Heat Surge" or something.
