I have said all along, Bradford should have been out of the Missouri game. If we want to throw with Halzle, fine. But sit Sam.

But your little 74-39 stat, includes 45 in the last two games, one of which was competitive and one Texas didn't have to play. So in regular season games which were not 4 quarter competitive games (taking out OU, Tech and OSU for Texas and UT, KU, and OSU for OU), Bradford led drives for 39 points. The EXACT same as Colt. The argument doesn't hold up. And one late pass doesn't mean OU ran it up all year. They did not.

Also here is the time remaining in the 4th on Bradford's drives that scored:

4:10 vs Cincy, 52-20 (this is the other one that looks kind of bad. But Sam sat for a full half in our opener and this was game 2. Also the drive started with over 11:00 on the clock and featured TEN handoffs to our 3rd string RB before our FB caught a 2 yard pass. McCoy has never come out with a 25 point lead, but you want us to bench Sam at 45-20 with 11:00 to go when he sat for a full half the game before?

7:51, Baylor, 49-17. Again, started with 11:00 to go, up 25.

    12:46, K-State, FG to go up 58-35.

13:54, Tech, TD to go up 65-14.

14:40, Mizzou, TD to go up 48-14.
7:26, Mizzou, TD to go up 55-21.
3:33, Mizzou, TD to go up 62-21.

So Bradford had 3 scoring drives that started in the 3rd, 2 that started with 11:00 to go up 25, a situation that McCoy has stayed in the game repeatedly, and one that started with 11:00 to go up 27. And then the ONE drive late against Mizzou.

The facts don't support your argument. Stick to 45-35, that is truthful.

Yes Texas ran the score up on OU, scoring 33% of our points in the 4th quarter, but why are bitching about it? The game didn't count anyway. [IMG]

pretty much like the other 5 in the last 9 years did >>

You cheated in all of em. Bomar and on. Something never change. It's what Sooners do.

Sooners, like these 2 losers who are gracing us with their presence here, are hell bent on validating themselves ever since the Big 12 championship. If I backdoored (in more ways than one) my way into a title game, I'd shut my mouth and enjoy the good fortune. But that's not good enough, what pathetic lives you lead

    That is okay....

With OU's high quality defense they could become the first team in BCS history to score over 60 points.....................................and LOSE !

You mean winning a championship by the rules that were set forth and agreed to by everyone before the season started? It feels pretty good...especially since it was our third in a row...another record breaker for this OU team.

There will be plenty of time to mock the Sooners later after they choke again and humiliate the Big XII in the post season.

Right now lets enjoy the Fiesta Bowl.

Versus CU, up 24 to end the game:

1st and 10 at TEX 20 Jeremy Hills rush for 4 yards to the Texas 24.
2nd and 6 at TEX 24 Jeremy Hills rush for 5 yards to the Texas 29.
3rd and 1 at TEX 29 Jeremy Hills rush for 2 yards to the Texas 31 for a 1ST down. ___________________________________________________________ Happen to notice all the names mentioned were bottom of depth chart freshmen running the ball. Not a starter (or near starter) in the game. Chiles hands to Hills. Who was at qb and rb for ou (and OL) in games in question.

tholly- you didn't notice Cody Johnson running in the first game?

And in the game in question our 2nd team RB took the handoff from our starting QB. We were up 13, not 24.

tholly- you didn't notice Cody Johnson running in the first game? _________________________________________________________________ I did, however, in that game he also was at bottom of depth chart type. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think he got any meaningful carries until 3rd game vs Rice. You can't blame a coach for emptying the bench with freshman, and one of them earns more playing time.

You know, we can debate this issue until the cows come home. At the end of the day, we will still reach the same conclusion...............OU sucks! [IMG]
