you mean Hindu born and raised Piyush Jindal ?? JOKE.. kidding,, ha ha.. I can very easily see myself voting for this man ---maybe in 2016.
Tell me why, as a conservative, I should be droolling over this guy? I see lots of pandering to the social conservatives, but not much else, at least in his positions from his wiki bio. In reply to:
ya from what Anastasis posted, the guy seems like a kook... no good. all i want is a god damn financial moderate who leans conservative and a socially moderate liberal.
Actually, from what Anastasis posted, it looks like Jindal is my guy. Haven't seen any better, except Newt and I don't know if he has plans to run.
He's a Rhodes Scholar...got into Yale Law School and Harvard Medical School, but decided to go to Oxford to study public policy. Freaking smart as a whip. Popular governor from a Southern state. He also has this good ole boy accent. Good on TV. Kind of like a Republican Bill Clinton, but not a draft dodger, and doesn't mess around with the heifers. Okay...he's not Bill Clinton.
Why not try to find a guy that has actually went to work after school, built a business and had to put up with the crap the government throws out there rather than contributed to it? No more politicians in Washington.
If I as an American, elected my own kind then I would have to elect an Irish Catholic from Chicago. Sorry, that does not appeal to me. I even know my heritage should stay iin the background and work hard to support our family and not take any handouts from the Church or Government. Handouts are not for us. A business person running for office, would be tough to get elected, the skeletons would be almost unbearable for most.
Michtex I thought you were posting this before I saw it. link I like him, I'd definitely vote for him. I'd vote for him twice tho if that was his theme song.
Sounds like a solid guy, from what anastasis posted. I don't agree with him on everything, but I don't agree with everything I do either. How does he stand on the 2nd amendment?
