Does anyone have an idea when this movie will be released? I really enjoyed the book; William Hurt is supposedly playing H2O and the kid that plays the QB on Firday Night Lights as Gus. Also has Amber Heard and WIlliam Devane.
No idea. I had heard the author didn't approve of it and sued. It could be held up in the courts for some time. Watchmen is in a lawsuit too but they keep saying it will still be released.
I read that they settled the suit and it was scheduled to be released sometime in 2009. I was just curious if anyone knew anything more,.
Liam Neeson would have been a better choice tahn Hurt, in my view, but may have been out of the price range. Nevertheless, this little film is certain to add to the crowds in my favorite streams.
