is the Wyoming Cowboys (sorry UVA, your kickass logo and Charlottesville don't make up for your monumental suckage)

    1) I have a special place in my heart for chicken-fart, Rocky Mtn former WAC territory USA, having come from a similar place myself.

    2) Their LOGO KICKS ***, could easily be as recognizable as the Horn logo, if only their program were a national contender (their uni's would be cool too, if they would only lose the yellow:
Brown Jerseys, and white pants with that logo would be tight) It may help that my PeeWee team, (the westside cowboys) had the same logo.

    3) they played lights out today, and gave me arhythmia. They played like they believed even though they were probably outclassed at every position, and even had me believing in them at one point... (Kirkendoll's late 1st half TD quickly restored my faith)

    4) Their fans were fired up, wearing the right colors. Reminded me of a Friday night in west Texas.

Can't wait to see what knd of game the Cowboys give the BooHooU Cougars on 11/7/09

The coeds would have fit right in in Austin, too. Impressive.

The ladies in the crowd were pretty tasteful.

I'm not gonna lie....the garter the cheerleaders wore on their left legs was pretty hot. Just sayin...

I got to walk in right behind the cheerleaders. (Literally, right behind. 3 feet behind.) They didn't suck, but looked much better at a distance. They also obviously don't do a lot of tanning in Wyoming...palest bunch I've ever seen.

But, yes, I agree. Coeds were hot. Fans were great. Game was fun. I will be rooting for them.

Garters? Very nice. That should go in the university brochure!

    Agreed.

Love the Brown unis, but please no yellow pants.

Love a town called Laramie. Allsome.

Surprised at the coeds, you would expect CU to have nicer ones, but Wyoming is doing well.

Love the dudes in the yellow full body suits. Those were great and I need one real bad.

Fans seemed to be very loud for only 30,000.

Great fans who were also great hosts. Loved the town, which is crazy about its Cowboys. Had a great time. Yep, consider me a U. of Wyoming fan!

And I don't care what anyone says. The Brown and white could be cool as hell. (The brown with yellow, not so much)

Also, I would take 11 Luke Ruffs on my team any day. I will not be surprised if he is starting on Sundays one day.

I have nothing but fond memories of 3 weeks one summer in Montana and all through Wyoming. Like both names, like the country, like everything up there.

As to UW, I like "Cowboy Joe," that's cool. I'll wish 'em luck from now on and hope they do well. I'm kinda glad the first half was competitive, as they deserve a good feeling from the contest.

Much as I like Austin, I have to admit it's become more like the Bay Area here (I was out there working for a long time). Now this place is fast, busy, big, sprawling, congested. Okay, well, Hook'em anyway!!

I was a bit nervous about how the fans would accept the orange i have heard some real horror stories from utah and byu visiting laramie but they were great there was a bit of friendly hazing but that to be expected. I was also glad to see the crowd get to have some fun it always makes it more electric when its loud. They do have a great logo hell they even put it on there state flag. maybe we should protest to texas congress and see if they will change the tx flag.

Its nice to see a beer on campas also here the closest colleges to me are usu uofu and byu all dry campass.
