I don't know if the President or Ms Napalitano knew of this on the day of the shooting, but it is a pdf file of a Homeland Security report on "security priorities for the next administration."

If Hasan was involved with Homeland during the Presidential transition period, and later turns up to be a killer himself, I'd say Homeland has a problem.

 

This is a report of a private think tank get together at George Washington University.

 

If the government can't run Homeland Security, how is it ever going to run healthcare?
