I think that's where my son stayed for the 2006 Rose Bowl. I'll ask him tomorrow for his take on the place.
the "Bonaventure"??? Rooms are TINY. Really tiny. Other than that, it's ok. It has a mall on the lower floors. Lots of cool pics of movies that were filmed in and around. But, I do not recommend it, as the rooms are so small they suck.
I stayed there about 3 years ago. Huge hotel. I actually had a suite (they upgraded me) so I had plenty of room. The hotel needed a soft goods makeover and some structural renovation, in my opinion. It was fine overall. Walk across the street and eat at Ciudad (owned by the Two Hot Tamales ladies). It was good.
