    1) Jeffcoat - Does he completely drop them?
    2) Lache - Does he? Does that help us at all?
    3) Any others?
    4) What about USC's top "commits" like Prater and that RB from San Diego? You think we could call him and tell him other San Diego RBs have done fairly well at UT, and he would listen?

Well, we won't have Pete Carroll to kick around any more.

Dont fret. Pete will get kicked around plenty coaching the Seahawks.

It could also affect 5* RB Aaron Green for the 2011 class. His top 3 right now are USC (thought to be the early favorite), Nebraska (his brother attends NU) and Texas

This year, its too late for anyone committed there to end up here. Hopefully it keeps them off Jeffcoats list. Bad news it it may send Prater to OU.

Longer term, if NCAA sanctions come down and they are not winning like they were it takes a big sexy program out of the mix. Kids still have lots of options, but its one less competitor for MB.

USC and Texas will be playing in the Alamo Bowl next year. We will see how the coaching changes turn out then.

My aim is high but am afraid a new qb might find a repeat of this season difficult. I would love to be suprised.
The Alamo Bowl moves up next year to pac 10 two and big 12 three. If we do not win the south, well.
Of course there is a chance USC will not be playing in a bowl next year.

Who the hell would win the Big 12 over us next year? Honestly, come on...

Kiffin leaving Tenn has to have Ahmad Dixon scratching his head.

Never should have de-committed from the good guys. I know there's more to the story... never should have had 'representation' etc. At any rate, his head has to be spinning.

Does MB still keep the door closed on de-commits, or is that depend on how good they are? I can't recall too many details of Dixon's de-commitment, but I do seem to recall that it didn't leave a very good taste in the good guys' mouths.

Well, if Muschamp replaces Kiffin who replaced Carroll, then the USC coaching change could have an enormous affect on Texas.
