Looks like Cal will have the renovations done in plenty of time for our visit in 2016 even if they do get more tree sitters holding up construction. Since I'm an alumni of both schools I may have to go to this one. At least I won't fear dying in an earthquake collapse. The Link
Orangehair: If you are truly an "alumni" of both these august institutions of higher learning, there must be at least two of ya'll.
all they gotta do is get the approval of the hippies in the trees that they need to tear down to build the stadium, and they'll be golden.
I thought about googling alumni vs alumnus but didn't care enough. I was an engineering major not latin. Sounds like they will play at the oakland coliseum but I don't think anything is set yet.
The L.A Colesium and the Rose Bowl seat fewer than before, and Stanford's new stadium is smaller than the old stadium (which at one time was the largest stadium owned by a private university--I do not believe the L.A. Colesium is owned by USC.).
Between "two", "colesium" and the issues with alumnus (singular reference to a graduate) and alumni (more than one alumnus), reading this thread is hurting my head ...
Colusium is instrumental singluar case, and alumnus and alumni and nominative singular and plural, respectively.
