I think that may be the first thread I've read all the way through, on texags. It actually seemed to be a mix of both envy and acknowledgment, with only a small amount of agyesque babble. Not bad, really.
One aggy poster made an interesting comment... why did we hitch our wagon to the unproven-as-HC Coach Boom when after Mack retires we could get anyone we choose basically. Was this just a move to keep him as DC with the hope of him growing into HC material under the tutelage of MB?
I doubt even word of the Emancipation Proclomation has made it down to CS when they're still using the slam against MB that he coaches them out of big games.

It really irks me when people say Brown has not class. He is one of the most sincere people I have ever heard about. Rarely do you hear about someone who seems to care so much for those around him. He is the type of guy who may overhear that you don't have enough money to pay for something, and then pull out his own wallet to help you out. He really cares. Can't say that about some.
You have to remember this is A&M. Any member of the media and any other head coach would tell you Mack is one of the nicest, most genuine people in college sports. Aggy will never, ever admit that. You cannot expect a fan base that called Colt McCoy "Cart McCry" to know anything about class.
