This one has the commentary, which was pretty hilarious. "That was not a good start." No ****, Sherlock.

Since the IOC is taking them down as soon as they are put up, can someone tell me what the video is?

French woman leaves the starting gate for the downhill, made a few strides to pick up speed and fell over. Imagine a person trying to ski for the first time.

But there were some spectacular wipe outs for the women. It was comical since we knew they were ok.

Were the Germans waiting at the finish line or something? How can a supposed elite level skier even come close to doing that?

Yah but speed skating falling is a regular thing, as is falling in skiing. Just you know, usually your going around a turn or going down hill, not coming out of the starting block.

That is the funniest/most pathetic thing ever. I did better the first time I put on skis than that "Olympian" did. Maybe she just had too much Champagne the night before.

All I could think of was that old guy on Laugh-In that would get on the tricycle and pedal two or three feet and then fall over like he had been shot. The reference might be a bit dated for some of you. Sorry, skiing chick, I had to laugh.
