don't think so. I think Mr. Garrett(AD) has to sign off on their release, and he's not gonna want to do that, especially if it's a conference foe.

 

Just heard on ESPN that USC must allow juniors and seniors to transfer and they can do so without penalty. Incoming freshman can also transfer without penalty, but the AD has to sign off on that.

 

I'm curious about Seantreal Henderson.

IIRC, Kiffie assured him that any penalties would be minor.
