In yards per play. Made you look. In other depressing news, neither QB is eligible to be ranked among the total offense leaders because they haven't played in enough games.
Everything looks fine through my Burnt Orange glasses as I sip orange koolaid. I don't know what problems you are referring to.
Yeah, but we're #53 out of 128 in ESPN's Fan Happiness Index, down 16 spots from the beginning of the season. I suspect we'll end up even lower. The fans at North Texas seem to have the right frame of mind - go into the season thinking you'll really suck. They're 6-3 now and jumped 74 spots in the rankings to #49. 45 Washington State Cougars 82.37 -32 46 Western Michigan Broncos 81.91 -1 47 Oregon Ducks 81.77 -20 48 USC Trojans 81.60 -17 49 North Texas Mean Green 81.48 +74 50 Troy Trojans 81.15 -27 51 LSU Tigers 81.14 -31 52 Boston College Eagles 81.03 +57 53 Texas Longhorns 80.99 -16 54 Stanford Cardinal 80.81 -47 55 Air Force Falcons 80.66 +26 56 Louisiana Tech Bulldogs 80.63 +1 57 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets 80.16 +14 58 Marshall Thundering Herd 80.04 +46 59 Michigan Wolverines 79.51 -37 60 Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders 79.00 +14
And just to add.....we knew this already, but our friends to the east aren't very happy. How can Hawaii be #107. Any name with the word "Rainbow" in it has to be happy - right? 100 Miami (OH) RedHawks 65.58 -39 101 Tennessee Volunteers 65.44 -35 102 Texas A&M Aggies 65.36 -11 103 Louisiana Monroe Warhawks 65.33 +9 104 New Mexico Lobos 65.10 -18 105 UCLA Bruins 64.79 -81 106 Connecticut Huskies 64.48 +20 107 Hawaii Rainbow Warriors 63.86 -22 108 Illinois Fighting Illini 62.77 +3
I just can't understand why aggy would be unhappy. They are just where they wanted to be - in the mighty sec (where the losses are really wins). They have their splash hire head coach and they got a genuine sec D coordinator. They have imaginary championships galore. The local sheep farmers keep them supplied with plenty of girlfriends. What's not to be happy about?
