About 5 or 6 of these old crude black & white game films are yours for the taking. All are from the mid 1960s here in Austin. The example I'm holding in my hand is from the 1964 game between Lamar & Lanier - 8th or 9th grade (Lanier wasn't a high school yet at that time).

These films probably run 10 minutes or more each.

Any of you guys who knows somebody who played in the era may want to ask if they'd like to have them.

Can't bring myself to throw them away (even though that's what an old coach at Lamar Jr. High was doing when I rescued these few). I'll bet he tossed out three or four dozen of the school's game films when he was cleaning out a storeroom at the school back in the 70s or 80s.

Will post this in a couple other forums if it's ok.

Yep, I was there. We Scotties didn't win too many in those years, but our McCallum Reunion Committee might want them. It seems like we did beat Lanier though. What coach was throwing them out?

Coach Sellars (he was there from '73 to about '80, I think).

PM me for where I could drop these off sometime.

    Thanks.
