1st game smoke

What are y'all smoking this weekend (please keep responses to food)? I'm thinking a brisket, but might opt for a pork butt given it's easier and given the heat the summer I'm out of practice.

 

Likely pulled pork and sausage for us this weekend.

 

Ribs. Heading to a tailgate early, so I don't have as much time for a brisket or pork butt.

 

I've decided on a brisket. Going to use my bro's BGE and make some burnt ends as the game nears.

 

The large Egg is the bomb for brisket (12-13 lb.) burnt ends while still having moist inner brisket greatness.
