Damn that Man U game sucked. Talk about a game of two halves - up 2-0 at the break and then lose 5-2. We just looked totally unable to cope when they came at us after that penalty.

 

It's a good thing Rio Ferdinand thinks the refs are afraid to give ManU a penalty kick. I can't belive the keeper had the gall to go after this ball, what a tit he is!

 

Referee Webb admits penalty was bollocks

 

When the ball shot out towards the sideline at an angle that could only have meant that the keeper smacked it, I was completely confused as to how a penalty could have been awarded.

 

No, I really don't know anything about soccer, but I was looking for F1 news on the BBC website and found this:

Yeah the keeper touched it and it shouldn't have been a penalty, but when we then let in another 4 goals we can't really claim the ref cost us the game, even accounting for the momentum / turning point effect.

I actually thouught he would have trouble at man u due to their scheme.

Rumor du jour seems to be RVN. If we can get him for just over a million quid, I say go for it, and sign somebody younger (RSC?) as well
