Probably, both him and Larry Izzo, but like I said, those guys made up for size with intensity. When they arrived, they brought a freight train with them

I could have sworn Zach was closer to 235 than 215.

His wiki page says his pre-draft measurables were 5'11", 233 lbs.
He may well have been 215lbs as a freshman/sophomore.

Glad we got that bit of trivia cleared up.

Waaaaay off topic, but I can think of about five Red Raiders I wish had been Longhorns. Zach and Gab Rivera top that list. Along with Dave Parks, Donny Anderson, and Montae Reagor...

Coach Zipper could have been our version of Mike Mosley.

With Ewers and Watts (CB) starting (Neyor too before injury), don’t you think Texas had the no.1 recruiting class when including transfers? This excludes future contributions from Billingsley, Hall, and Tucker-Dorsey.

IT. reporting some Texas coaches are supposed to be in Venice, FL today to see DE Damon Wilson, but the latest reports suggest the Horns are down his list.

TFB wrote today that they had WR Jalen Hale of Longview as a "slight lean" to Texas after his official visit to Alabama, but now they feel things are approx. 75/25 in Texas' favor.

They're optimistic for his decision early next week.

So, you're saying we have a chance! This would be a nice pickup.

“We’re going to make Texas DBU.”

As someone who has a degree from DBU, I approve of this message.

Defensive Back University. Dallas Baptist University. Either way, it's good.

Nothing like showing up in his home town (1,000 miles away) to move up that list.

A little surprised not to see some recruiting activity following that game. ou has a good class for next year just like us. We lost 1-2 that dropped us some but hoping we either pick those up or some comparable.

Per IT, CB Malik Muhammad of Dallas South Oak Cliff is "likely" to be in Austin this weekend.

QB Arch Manning and other commitments will be in town as well.
