2027 Recruiting - Football

Just a heads up we should have a lot more clarity in the next two weeks or so on the direction of the 2027 QB situation with certain guys traveling to Austin to throw for Sark.

Texas has locked down their last two QB commitments (Lacey, Bell) in the month of June.

Peyton Houston of Shreveport, LA is the only guy with an offer right now, but here are others we could see on campus soon:

Brice McCurdy, Robinson
Jerry Meyer III, Waxahacie
Colton Nussmeier, Flower Mound Marcus
Gunner Rivers, St. Michael Catholic (Fairhope, AL) **son of Philip

My gut feel right now is Texas' guy being Bryant or Houston, and Bryant currently has Texas offer for basketball.

He moved to Texas from France during his freshman year.
