Don't have any legit sources, but with all the misery over there right now, I sorta doubt that he would want to incite them any further with negative (for them) information. ...and he will enroll in January for the spring semester. A defensive tackle who can step right in? Nice. Big day in UT recruiting. We may take the occasional juco player now in the future, especially if these two guys pan out. I wouldn't think we would specialize in them, though.
Holy ****. This is fantastic news we've been getting this week. Mr. Moore is a bad mofo, and will anchor our line. Our defense is going to be f'g terrific next year.
It's about time we leveled the playing field. OU, K-State and other teams in the Big 12 go after JUCO players every year so they really are re-loading instead of re-building and have gave them an advantage every year.
If I am reading correct both Moore and Hawkins come in January so they count against last year and we can still take 25 this year as there are still a lot of open offers out there.
Are both these JUCO's expected to start right away? Also, how are JUCO recruits considered when it comes to their star rating?
