Between the Rivals and 247 rankings, does anyone know if historically one has been more accurate in the long term? I ask because the gap between the two for almost all of our commits' rankings this year is substantial. I dorked out and did some math and for 6 of our top 13 recruits that were ranked lower by Rivals, the difference is about 82 spots.
I asked Google. Seems like the consensus is that 247 has better resources as they have poached some off of Rivals. Most of the sites I checked thought 247 was best. A knock on rivals is they will take away points if a player does not attend camps.
247 just gave Texas 3 more 5'star recruits. But because Chip and Burton work for 247 they can suck it.
