So...I've been getting more and more lax about my workouts. I've been working out w/ weights consistently since I was 16...that's 25 years for those keeping score....I need a change. Anyway, this Spartan workout has me intrigued but I know there's no way I'd stick to it, avoid injury and get the type of workout I need w/out a trainer. Anyone know of any personal trainers in Dallas that know this workout? Thanks
