a good exercise ball?

what is a good brand of exercise ball that i can sit on while i work at my desk?

what size do i need? i am 6 foot tall.

i see a bunch of different ones on amazon.com.

 

I don't really think one brand is better than another. Between mine and the ones I've used at the gym I haven't noticed a difference. I think I got mine at Ulta, but they also sell them at Target and Academy. You should probably get a large one.

I love my exercise ball. There are a ton of cool exercises that you can do with one besides just sitting on it.

actually i'm not joking. i want one. i did not realize i could sit at my computer for 10 hours a day and end up looking like chuck norris.

 

I still love my excercise ball! But unlike wankers and Chuck Norris, I don't sit on mine at the office.
