COLLEGE STATION — Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin will be fired following the Aggies’ regular-season finale at LSU on Saturday night, multiple people with knowledge of the situation said. http://www.expressnews.com/sports/c...be-fired-after-LSU-game-Saturday-12375694.php
It blows my mind that A&M feels they're supposed to be part of the college football "elite." They wouldn't be pulling the trigger this early unless they had some people lined up. My guess is Morris.
I don't think the Aggies are stupid enough to hire Chad Morris. Besides, there will be a lot of checkbooks that will be put away if they don't bring in a "big name", not the least of which will be Woodard's if he tries to interfere or pulls a Powers/Patterson
Great for Virginia Tech. If the Aggies sink as low as hiring Daisy, with their financial situation, they may never recover. Did Scott Woodward hire Bill Powers to consult on this hire?
Of course they are a part of college football's "elite!" Just look at all their championships...oh wait...never mind!
Anybody else think that the funniest point of all is that aggy thinks he has class? News flash aggy, most already know you have NEVER had any class.
Once they realize that Tom Landry & Vince Lombardi aren't coming back, their backup plan is Urban and Dabo to be Saban's coordinators.
It's been pretty stressful today getting everything ready for dinner guests coming over... girlfriend has turned into "host zilla" and I've basically been hiding and drinking for the last hour. Thank you for the best laugh I've had all day
Yes, and their sales pitch was, "You have a chance to exceed the levels of cheating and lying that Jackie set".
Unfortunately, a holiday like T-day for some is NOT relaxing and free from stress... stay thirsty my friend!
My wife does this too but it's good for me because she orders me out of the kitchen "so she can get things done", which is what I wanted in the first place.
I feel your pain brotha - I got a bit of hostzilla from the Mrs yesterday but the night ended well. This thread is interesting. Having grown up in Bryan, I drove to Austin in 1996 and never looked back at the dumpster fire that is Kyle Field.
