All-Time Bowl Records

Where can I find these? I just read where Eddie Phillips had the 3rd-Best QB Rushing game in NCAA Bowl History in 1971 Cotton Bowl (164 yards). If that is true, then is it possible that UT has 2 of the top three in NCAA Bowl History? How cool would that be?

oh...could not find it. best I could fine was the best....Vince 200, but it did not list who the second, third, etc was.
