first off, we've had our dog for about 2 years now and she has never attacked or growled at another dog.

Basically what happen is that our dog (lab mix) chewed one of our wood fence panels and escaped though the neighbors yard, because they left their gate open. Supposedly our dog attacked another dog yard, though i haven't read the letter yet, and died today. Does anyone know of a lawyer I can review our case with? Thanks

    Call your homeowner's insurance.

They should provide you with a defense attorney pursuant to coverage.

if you are responsible for the killing of an average american mutt, you're looking at $75 in damages.
