In my experience, no one shows up at the office down there until about 10am BA time, which is 8am in NYC. They work until about 7 or 8pm and there is a reason their GNP is 1/10 of Germany's- no knock to Argentina, they just value different things in life. The services sector is on fire right now down there which is a good indication inflation is back on the rise so we will see how long the artificial 3:1 can hold.
RunTex, do you anticipate prices rising? I wish I was "of the same mind" with my wife on property in BA as I suspect the low prices will soon be a thing of the past.
