Arkie vs LSU

After getting the first 2 out LSU got a couple of hits and has scored, 1-0.
Going to the bttm of the 1st.

Listening to the game at work. The Annoucers don't seem to have much faith in UA

 

Bottom of the second, still 1-0, LSU.

 

LSU has bases loaded top of the 3rd with nobody out. Arky has already gone to the bullpen. This could get ugly in a hurry.

 

Arkansas seems to be in trouble and LSU still looks tough.

 

Looks like its going to be a long day for Pig. 4-0 LSU.

 

Lots of baseball left. We were down 6-0 in this same inning to ASU.

Let them get over-confident. They have beaten Virginia in their very first CWS game and Arkansas twice. There work has been impressive, but not as impressive as it seems.

Well, the announcers crowned LSU as almost being super human so I guess we should just quit tonight and go home.

LSU looks pretty damn good to me, i don't see any weaknesses.

 

The one time in my life I root for the pigs and they're losing, 9-0, to LSU in the top of the seventh. What a worthless institution arky is.

LSU's Ranaudo has been money this postseason. I think he's shut down every team he's faced and gone at least seven innings in the process.

In the time it took me to type this, the Tigers added another run. It's now 10-0, LSU, with two RISP and only one out in the top of the seventh. The pigs can't buy an out.

 

The inning ended with a little 1-2-3 action. Thank God.

I could see that inning lasting a lot longer.

Stats coming into the CWS had ASU and CSF as unbeatable. Look at the competition and see how the stats are made. Just repeating...LSU has been impressive but they have played Arkansas twice and UVa once. We'll see how good they really are on Monday.

 

I agree Eastern....really hard to tell based on the level of competition but right now, it just looks like they are taking batting practice.

As for Monday, let's take one game at a time. Get this **** done tonight and then think about Monday.
