Bailor dude set himself up

So I am in a store yesterday minding my own business. I was wearing a LHN hat. Out of nowhere this dude walks up to me wearing a Bailor shirt. By the expression on his face I knew he wasn't going to congratulate me on my choice of lettuce.my first reaction was to as my great Aunt used to say of fools,"Need to slap them snot silly".) she didn't suffer fools at all
But it was Sunday so I restrained .
He with a smirk and gesture at my hat said, " Ha Ha guess you are going to miss that stupid network. Ha Ha"
I smiled and said Yes but we sure had a good 10 year run and enjoyed every year.
BTW How is your network going?"

He got it. Stalked off.
The only way it will be better is when we mud stomp them Saturday

OK. it was weak BUT I will miss LHN.

 

The biggest loss to me, wrt LHN, will be baseball.

 

Yeah, for me, too. And Keith and Gregg are/were my two favorite baseball announcers ever. Kinda liked volleyball and softball on occasion, but baseball I think benefited most from LHN. Ah, well - fun while it lasted.

 

Hopefully those two are hired by ESPN proper for each Longhorn game on ESPN+ or SEC Network.

 

I think that was a terrific comeback! Interesting he didn't say anything about the upcoming game on Sat.? He is probably anticipating the bears getting their *** kicked and did not care to foolishly boast....

As for LHN, I watch it a great deal, except soccer. I will miss football, baseball, volleyball the most.

 

Did I mention the dude had a man bun?
I will even miss swimming and diving.

 

There is just "something" about a man with a man bun!

 

Up to now everything except football $EC wise has been on ESPN+. If ESPN telecasts a football game it usually shows up on ESPN+. However, Fox doesn't make replays a priority.

 

while i keep my hair high and tight around the ears and neck, don't be going jelly because this guy still has enough hair TO BUN. lol

When we go to SEC will there be a Bailer equivalent there? (I'm thinking that Vanderbilt will be a much duller version of Rice.)

 

Baseball, volleyball, and women's basketball.

 

So we all watched a lot of different sports on LHN which imo elevated their profile especially women's sports.
I thought Bevo relaxing to Christmas music was genius.

LHN was a success and will be missed.
Now I wish I had trolled the bun wearing bailor dude harder
But did laugh at him and he heard it as he sulked away
