The Dems (Schumer) have already decided not to give Barrett a quorum, which I read is 51 in the full Senate and 9 in the committee with 2 members of the minority party voting. They'll have to wiggle around that rule in the committee. They can change their rules or there are other tactics they can use. Dems just making it as hard as possible.
