Will Vic start the same 5??? What will our rotations be? I sure hope to see a lot of Moore. We shall see, but IMO this is a pivotal game for us. Who will step up today? Let’s go TAKE this ladies.....

 

The only way we're gonna TAKE this depends are four things: making bunnies, making free throws, limiting turnovers and limiting fouls. Don't know if we can fix all four things at once. Tall order.

 

I agree... crucial game on more than one level. Let's get busy!

 

Making bunnies and limiting turnovers are the top two among the four you mentioned.

 

I think Texas responds and wins this one. My guess is Matharu starts and we do a much better job handling the ball at home.
Yes I wear burnt orange-colored glasses but that’s what keeps me coming back.
I hope Baylor fans don’t out number - or out yell - Texas fans. Need to defend our home turf.

That’s why we be in the group mad. Warren comes in and has a part to play in 2 turnovers and Matharu is pressing. The game plan Baylor looks to be real simple DONT FOUL CAUSE THEY NOT GONNA MAKE SHOTS ANYWAY SO LET EM TAKE EM AND WE ARE SUPERIOR IN REBOUNDING.

Vic didn’t take A. Moore out of the game, she took herself out with two offensive fouls AWAY from the ball in the First Qtr

 

I hope he was telling Mathura don't play defense. We need you.

 

She's doing pretty damn good considering the height/athleticism difference. If Texas had a player with the height/athleticisim combo of Smith it would be a 10+ pt lead at this point.

 

I guess I was not aware Hunter had an ankle injury earlier in the season.

 

With as thin as Baylor is, I just wish we could attack more. Psyched to have a good lead at half. PUT THE DAMN GAS PEDAL ON!

 

Kept her out of quite a few games if memory serves

 

Audrey has no points but she’s taken two charges (BU turnovers) and caused at least two more TO’s that I remember. She’s set some mean screens on offense and has one turnover. Most importantly she’s managed to disrupt N.Smith quite a bit and has no fouls so far while Smith has two. But people complain she’s not scoring so take her off the court. AND she’s got 7 rebounds

 

Yes and she’s pissing off Smith which is a beautiful thing.

 

Our seniors are playing like seniors. Outstanding so far.....

 

When will Moore learn you can't just run people over? Exactly why she shouldn't be starting.

 

Has anyone ever fouled out of a game with all 5 being offensive fouls?

 

How in the hell does Baylor get the pts and the ball?

 

I don’t get the part about the whistle blown after the shot but the foul was on the person who passed it to the shooter. So because the ref has a slow whistle it turns into a 4-point play instead of 2 basically (because it was a blocking foul I’m not disputing that). Stupid rule

 

Well, it was fun while it lasted. Baylor made half time adjustments, we didn't. So, here we go...Baylor has scored more points so far this quarter than they did the first half.

 

Here Vic goes with not making subs Ebo is getting killed on the inside and can’t hang with Smith. Gaston needs to replace Ebo

 

Biggest adjustment BU made was Matharu getting her 3rd foul two minutes into Qtr 3

 

Really impressed with what Shay has brought to this game. Now if she can just make her free throws then she’ll really be in business. I would like to see Warren and Shay in the game at the same time.
