I'm meeting my son in Vegas in a few months for his bachelor party. Actually, I'm too old and too tired to party all night with him and his friends, but I told him I would get there a day early, if he would too, and I would treat him to some Kobe steak. I have had it just once, at StripSteak (at the Mandalay Bay). Expensive but, wow, was it good! Of course, I could go back there, but any of y'all have any other places to recommend? I want to take him to the best. Thanks!
Cut at Palazzo is pretty freaking awesome and they have a lot of variety of Kobe (Wagyu) beef (Wolfgang Puck rest). It is expensive. Keep in mind that all the top hotels have steakhouses and they are all fantastic and most of them will have some Kobe. I like Kobe beef but to me, it isnt worth the markup over top of the line prime.
