If Herman & the players do their jobs, the opposing home crowds will be silent anyway. Note to Herman, "jobs" does not include *** kissing to every group of puppeteers coming down the road.
the football teams are not likely to be travelling to any road games either How will they do spacing on the airplanes taking our heroes to their games.
Given the 15% positive rate of tests, 60k new cases a day, 9000 hospitalizations a week (just in Texas) and the fact that every indicator is that things are getting worse not better, its hard to see any scenario where college football has any fans in the stadium this fall if in fact it is played at all. Unlike pro football that can do the empty stadium bubble thing you just cant do that for colleges. I will be pleasantly surprised if things get good enough to even play the games in empty stadiums.
I fail to see how any games can be played/scheduled while half the country (at least) is afraid of their own shadow. It would be chaos. You'd never know when covid would hit a particular team. There would be forfeits/games cancelled at any indication of danger. Can you imagine the lost money from scheduling/preparing for a game that never happens?
IF this season is cancelled, will the players get to count this as a type of redshirt year and retain full eligibility or be told they're done?
I find myself in the LAND OF *** KISSING of PUPPETEERS....and we find your attitude somewhat disturbing....and perhaps systemic...how do they get their ASSES kissed if there is resistance at any level....those asses are NOT going to kiss themselves!!!
I was there many times with no band at away games.....TRUST, me...singing "THE EYES" comes quite naturally.....regardless if the LHB is there to help out.....
Unless of course...fans are permitted. I GUARANTEE you that Texas fans WILL sing the Eyes, even on the road.
You know, if The Eyes can be canceled because blackface in 1903 then the entire Democrat party can be canceled because Slavery, the KKK and Jim Crow. Is that how this game is played?
2003, How in the hell did you graduate from The University of Texas with such limited understanding and so little sensitivity? You need to study revisionist history and adulterated history, particularly the graduate course called "How to Use it to Your Advantage"
