After OU and Texas (in that order, until proven otherwise), I can't figure it out. This is the best I can do:
3. KSU, by default
4. OSU, they've looked good in their wins, and decent in a loss against us
5. TCU, usually doesn't have more than one bad year in a row, and SMU (with Buechele) might be better than anyone thought
6. Baylor, haven't lost yet and have put up some big numbers, but they beat Rice by 8 today
7. ISU, a close loss to Iowa is excusable, but a close win against UNI is less so
8. WVU, at least they beat Kansas
9. Tech, hasn't done anything impressive and looked bad against Arizona
10. Kansas, tempted to bump them up after beating Boston College on the road, but can't after they lost to Coastal Carolina at home
You could write everything 3-7 in any order for now. Two great-not-elite teams at the top, a bunch of decent teams in the middle, and a few bad ones, though KU's win over BC makes them more respectable than usual.
