Do we remember a player name Hastings. Now she could block shots whoever said Stacey Stevens must have forgot about one of the best defenders in texas basketball season.
Annissa Hastings could JUMP! I always thought that, if anyone on our FF team could've dunked, it would be her. She was amazing.
Already halfway through her junior year she's ahead of Stacy on the career list? Wow. I know Stacy's blocks weren't what you'd expect of a center as good as her because she was shorter than most posts, but still.
Annissa is 13th with 63 career blocks. Ashley had 54 blocks her frosh season and 30 last season to enter this season in the tenth spot with 84 career blocks. With 38 blocks so far this season, she's on pace to finish with a career high in blocks and end up in the top five in career blocks. She has a shot at passing Angela Jackson in second with 221 blocks. Tiffany's 181 blocks for 3rd are well within reach well before the end of next season at her current pace.
