For those in Dallas who have never seen Bottle Rocket on the big screen, or want to see it again, it's the midnight movie tonight at the Inwood Theater. That could be really fun.
This could make a fun night. Drinks at the Inwood Tavern before, walk across the street and watch the movie, then go back and close the Tavern down.
Wait, isn't there are a bar in the theatre? The one with the window in the bar so you can see the screen? Am I thinking of a different place, or did they shut the bar? I have not been in dallas since 93.
There's a full bar inside the the theater's doors to the left, but it's separated from the lobby. I'll be there w/ a large group.
The Lounge was still there Dec. 25th. "Bottle Rocket" on the big screen... -I remember the first few seconds when Luke's face was about 20 feet tall (or more) on the big screen. I just started chuckling. He had gone from farting on poker chips for "good luck" to having his face blown up to 20 times its size. good for him Luke's college
