    Akron has to pay him more than Texas does, hopefully Texas will pony up because he deserves the raise and if we want any shot at a top RB we need to keep him.

    1 It's a layer in the org chart above Coordinator.
    2 It enables them to do contracts where he can't leave unless it's a promotion (meaning head coach only)
    3 That layer in the org chart enables a state school to pay him more
