LSU ... swamp kitty! Substitute bobcat, but they are a little tough and stringy

Rice ... Owl Sounds good

OK State ... Cowboy (???) beef, just pretend the cowboys were herding cattle

WVA ... Mountaineer A possum should be sufficient

Boomer Prairie Stew = three day old road kill, any type of animal, reptile or amphibian. Rattlesnake or prairie dog will work, throw some weeds in for flavor

Kansas ... Jayhawk (not a lotta meat there) Quail should do just fine or Blue Jays if they can be found

TCU ... horned toad! Substitute Frogs' legs

K State ... Wildcat (have a few of those!) Substitute bobcat, (see LSU)

Iowa State ... cyclone (beans???) Three day old pinto beans will create a fart cyclone emerging from your butt.

Baylor ... bears Sounds good

TTech ... Raiders Horse meat, ask at any French restaurant, might be surprised!

 

LSU - no limitations, Coonasses will eat anything; if it fits on a grill, in a pot or skillet. or on a rotisserie, they'll serve it and you will like it.

Rice means brains - hog, cow or squirrel

Bear is so damn greasy that TCEQ will shut down the party and make us hire their brother-in-law's company to clean it up.

First thought was that with Pancho's and Marco's closed, there would be an ample supply, but then I remember that Asian restaurants substitute that when they run short of dogs and cats.

Thanks to ShAArk we are trying to nail down a convenient location on campus. Meanwhile the HF Think Tank is working on some of the other details. We should have some additional info for the affair very soon.

I've been brand repping his beer for a short while now, and I'll attest to the quality.

I understand we need to have the question about consumption answered by UT first, but they haven't had a problem in the past. However, it's been several years since I came to tailgate on campus and the rules may have changed.
