wow ... I don't mean to be mean, but my goodness. I have one email response from UT Parking dated 6 Feb ... which was "Standby"

I've now left voice messages and email to every one I've found referring to UT parking. Perhaps they don't want to talk to me? Should I take a hint?

They are making fed government response seem swift and accurate. ughh.

Will keep rolling the acorn. Perhaps I'll find a blind hog?

Man, I sure look forward to meeting up with you guys at some point, but my son is playing a select baseball tourney this weekend.

Wait, I thought he was a football super stud or will we have our first two sport star on campus in a few years? Maybe its best to bring him in for an "unofficial" that weekend. I'm certain our group could impress him.

 

We have to get @ShAArk92 to let him borrow the Victory Vette for a few laps around DKR

 

Yes!!! Lets make this happen! Our collective positive influence has no limits! I would offer up the services of a couple of my Ladies from the ranch, but I fear he's a little too young for that. Maybe just arm candy to go along with the Vette.

Now I feel whelmed. Not quite overwhelmed but close. I had to talk my way out of a mandatory meeting. I told them if they wanted me in the organization I would not be at the meeting. My choice was HORNFANS TAILGATE. Oh and the spring game also.

How did I guess. I Got permission to miss the meeting.

 

I just used the old "my granddad died and I have to go to the funeral" excuse. Did get funny looks since his DOD and Funeral were over a month apart at the time.

 

Joe, you did it for "The Horns"... you had to.... you had to do whatever it takes to get that football fix!

This could make a HUGE impact on attendance. I'm sure every football fan can't wait for the post game party at LBJ. Ludacrus is performing - whomever or whatever that may be. Maybe that will diminish traffic so I can get back to Houston earlier.

 

Just a suggestion. How about name tags with screen names and real life names?

Just got schedules this afternoon. Grandson has baseball game 11-1, then lacrosse four miles away from 1-3. We might make the scrimmage, but not the tailgate. Of course, when dealing with youth sports, schedule changes are not uncommon

Thanks for putting it together; I know it will be a great success.

 

I will drop my cell number in a PM in case you want to meet up at the game, we can coordinate on location. Maybe we can grab some seats with other HF peeps.

 

I really want to go but I am having my gallbladder removed on the 25th of March. Not sure what condition I will be in to attend the meeting or scrimmage.

Would love to put a face to the names!

Even if you cannot meet us for the tailgate, we will have a section of HF watching the game. We'd love to meet you and your significant others if you have any...
