Today we learn that the EPA is threatening California with the loss of federal highway funds because of its allegedly inadequate efforts to meet Clean Air Act standards, while, at the same time, the Administration is moving to block California's auto emissions standards because they are too strict! As the guys on the Monday Night Football pre-game show would say: "C'mon, man!"
