I’ve told this story many times here, but by happenstance I sat by his parents when he was a SOPH at SL at DKR-and we connected because he played at SL with a kid I know…Huge (as in crazy like me) Longhorn fans, good people. I asked my buddy later and said yep, he’ll go to UT.
When he went to tOSU , I was surprised.
Good family, humble for a millionaire 18 year old.
I’ve never heard him speak until today and it is refreshing not to hear the “showcasing my talents” speak that has infiltrated the blue chip athlete.

 

Drives me nuts that UT can't mic up the questions.
