$5000 for recruiting violations by Kendal Briles and 2 other assistants...........man thats showing them NCAA....what a friggin joke. Is Bailor the new and improved BlowU and is there anything they wont stoop to? http://sportsday.dallasnews.com/col...ed-ncaa-ruled-committed-recruiting-violations
A lot of them almost certainly knew what was going on too and as far as I know none of them took a stand. If anything it seems like they took a pro-Briles "he did nothing wrong" stand. The others had the choice to transfer. I still feel bad for them somewhat as that's a tough choice to make for something that wasn't your fault and you didn't help cover up, but if they stuck around they knew what they were sticking around for.
Stat, The last Baylor football player I am aware of that "took a stand" got ostracized and shipped off to D-II. He was likely the poster boy for what happens if you "take a stand" in McLennan County.
