Malsouka is a North-African pastry used to make brik. Anyone know where to find it in the Dallas area?
I have stumped HornFans. Or more likely found something no one else cares about. Except they would care about it if they had ever eaten brik.
And the answer is World-delicacies.com They are on McEwan road off Midway, not far from the Galleria. They look like they have lots of good stuff. After I get over there to check them out I will post a report.
