I was surprised his name came up for UNC but there are worse places to get back in the game. Other than the Aubrun fall-off after the championship and the unproven accusations there, he has had an impressive career.

 

I have spoken with Chizik before. He named his son after one of my close friends. He is a great guy.

 

Fedora"s offense and Chizic's defense might produce a pretty good football team if they can recruit.

 

Today, I learned Iowa State has fans.

To be fair, Iowa State is an elite program, and the fans have every right to be mad that he bolted for Auburn.

 

I've met Chizik as well and think he is a great guy/fantastic coach. He was a big part of a Longhorn national title and I wish him well at UNC.
