Clemson DC Brent Venables set to earn $2 million annually

Good for him. Some psychologist or sociology student should write a dissertation on the common qualities, yet differences between Brent Venables and Bo Pelini

 

And if the 2018 season equals or betters the 2017 season, Todd Orlando should be next.

 

If he stays.

Although I've got nothing but a hunch to back this up, I think Todd Orlando stays with Herman a minimum of 3 seasons. I don't think he splits until Herman has the ship steaming in the right direction and I'd imagine Orlando is excited about developing the defensive class we just brought in.

 

Not many intriguing jobs that I can think of off the top of my head. He might stick around

 

Pay the players. There is clearly enough money in the "system" to do so.
