Can you imagine trying that in the business word? Like if I tried to self-suspend myself yesterday - not because it was Cinco de Mayo and I wanted to drink margaritas starting at lunch - oh no - but because I, uh, um, turned in a TPS report late or something?

Funny story:
Years ago, we were staying at one of those Cancun all inclusive resorts. My wife wanted a margarita, but wanted it on the rocks, not frozen. I ordered it, and a guy who turned out to be Canadian also ordered a margarita. The bartender asked him if he wanted it on the rocks. The naive immigrant answered "No, I want to take it to the beach." You can't make this stuff up.

I did. I even did it politely without laughing at him. I've gotten many good laughs out of the story over the years. No need to make fun of him at the time.
