Watching Ingram and Richardson, I don't really understand why Mack wanted to emulate that system once you watch the game from about the 7-minute point of the 2nd quarter to the end. Our defense really kept it in check for the remainder of the game. Bama had one sustained drive in the 3rd quarter that ended in a missed FG. If we had a QB who could have kept the offense on the field, there wouldn't have been any tiring from our D at the very end.
