Continental's Houston shuttle

They still offer that thing for free to Hobby & Ellington from IAH? If it's costs, do you know how much? Do they still do walk-ups or does it have to be part of your reservation?

 

Nope, we no longer go to EFD at all unless it's a diversion due to bad weather at IAH.
